The Property

This spacious ground floor apartment is designed for an easy, relaxed stay with everything within reach.

It features two large bedrooms, each with new comfortable double beds and quality mattresses, something guests consistently highlight for a great night’s sleep. The apartment is clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully styled to feel calm and welcoming.

There is a separate bathroom with a bath/shower. While the kitchen and bathroom are slightly dated, they are fully functional and well equipped for a comfortable stay.

The open-plan living and dining area is bright and airy, opening onto a large terrace that enjoys sun from early morning until the afternoon, perfect for slow mornings or relaxing after the beach.

The kitchen is practical and fully equipped for self-catering, and opens onto a small patio with a washing machine.

We love hosting guests and want everyone to have a comfortable stay. Please note that the apartment is not equipped for infants or babies (no cot or high chair), so it may not be the best fit for families with very young children.

One of the biggest advantages is the location within the complex: the communal swimming pool is just a few metres from the front door, ideal for an easy dip or a relaxed afternoon. It’s south-facing, making it a great spot to enjoy the sunset. (Please note: the pool is not heated.)

This is not a luxury or designer apartment, but a stylish, comfortable and reliable base in a great location.

Guest Access 

Guests have full access to the entire apartment and terrace, as well as the communal pool.

There is also some basic gym equipment available for your use.

The kitchen includes all essentials: fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, and cooking basics.

Please note:
Sun loungers are not provided at the pool, but two lounge chairs are available in the apartment and can be brought down if needed.

Interaction with guests

Check-in is simple and flexible via a secure lockbox, so you can arrive at your convenience.

All check-in details and instructions will be shared 48 hours before arrival.

I manage the apartment remotely and communicate via the Airbnb app, and I’m always responsive if you need anything. There is also a local contact available for any urgent matters during your stay.
